Things That Make Us Laugh

If you've spent more than a few minutes with our little family you know we love to laugh. We make each other laugh every day. Right now we're having fun trying to do whatever we can to make Porter laugh, he's a tough audience, but when we do get him to laugh, it's the cutest thing in the world. Noah is developing a good sense of humor, he loves to make others laugh and he loves it when we try and make him laugh. Noah likes it when we read familiar stories to him and change words around (Purple Eggs and Waffles, instead of Green Eggs and Ham, Mr. Noah Can Moo, instead of Mr. Brown Can Moo, etc), he asks for us to, "Say the wrong thing." He also thinks it's pretty funny to make up silly songs or sing songs he knows with funny voices and he has some awesome silly faces that he makes. We went to the library the other day and picked up a book that made us laugh so hard, it's called Chicken Cheeks and it's by Michael Ian Black.

What's so funny about this books? Well, let's just say, it's probably not the kind of cheeks you're thinking about. It's certainly worth checking out, especially if you're in the mood for some silliness.
